What Is the Missoula Downtown Foundation 406 License Plate?

The MDF license plate is a custom license plate you can purchase when registering your vehicle at the Montana Vehicle Division (MVD). When you choose this plate—one of 200 specialty plates available—a portion of the proceeds goes directly to the Missoula Downtown Foundation. These funds support the MDF’s many initiatives, including arts and culture grants, wayfinding kiosks, flower baskets, boulevard banners, Caras Park enhancements, and more.
